Quality Improvement at Newaygo County Mental Health
Quality improvement is integrated into all services provided by Newaygo County Mental Health (NCMH). Treatment outcomes are continuously monitored, and key performance indicators are used to evaluate timeliness of services, optimize efficiency, maximize productivity, and manage risk. These measures also support safety initiatives and track progress toward organizational strategic goals. NCMH aligns its quality improvement strategies with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and Mid-State Health Network to ensure compliance with contractual requirements while maintaining a strong focus on client outcomes and ongoing process improvement. Through continuous monitoring, collaboration, and performance review, NCMH remains committed to delivering safe, effective, and person-centered services to the community.
