Your Privacy Is Protected

Information about you and your treatment is confidential and cannot be shared with anyone except as permitted or required by law.

 

Your Rights Handbook

When you are scheduled for your first appointment, you will receive a handbook explaining your rights in detail. A digital version is available below.

  • To have information about you kept private
  • To participate in person-centered treatment planning
  • To agree to the services you are receiving
  • To choose or change your counselor

How to File a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with services or believe your rights have been violated, you have several options for resolution, including grievances, dispute resolution, fair hearings, and appeals.

Right to a Second Opinion
