Benefits Package
Health Insurance
Full-time staff are offered a Priority Health high-deductible health plan paired with a Health Savings Account.
2026 Plan Details:
- Single Coverage Deductible: $2,500
- Double or Family Coverage Deductible: $5,000
- Premium Cost: Fully funded by the agency at no cost to employees
- Health Savings Account Funding: Agency contributes the full deductible for single coverage and three-quarters of the deductible for double or family coverage
- Cost Share: After deductible, employees pay copays and coinsurance up to $2,000 (single) or $5,250 (double or family)
- Eligibility: First day of the month following 30 days of employment
Dental Insurance
Mutual of Omaha dental coverage includes:
- Preventive Care: 100 percent coverage for annual checkups and semi-annual cleanings
- Minor Restorative: 80 percent coverage after applicable copay
- Major Restorative: 50 percent coverage after applicable copay
- Annual Maximum: $1,000 per person
- Eligibility: First day of the month following 30 days of employment

Health Insurance Opt-Out
Employees with other qualifying health coverage may opt out and receive $2,000 annually, paid in monthly increments. Dental and vision coverage remain available.
Long-Term Disability Insurance
Provides 66 and two-thirds percent of salary beginning after 90 days and continuing until Social Security retirement age.
Retirement Benefits
- Pension Plan: Agency contributes 6 percent of salary to a defined contribution plan. Employees may contribute 3 percent pre-tax, which the agency matches, for a potential total contribution of 12 percent.
- Deferred Compensation: Optional pre-tax contributions to a tax-deferred annuity.
- Post-Employment Health Care: Employees contribute 1 percent pre-tax; the agency contributes an additional 2 percent.
Paid Time Off
- Annual Leave: Accrues at 8 hours per pay period (208 hours annually). Begins upon hire.
- Holidays: 12 paid holidays annually, including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Election Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
